The Commercial Dispute Resolution & Foreign Legal Affairs Team at Landing Guangzhou consists of members with law degrees from prestigious universities, specializing in commercial dispute resolution and foreign-related legal services. In litigation, the team has handled numerous international trade disputes, foreign-related labor disputes, and other foreign-related commercial disputes. In non-litigation, the team has been involved in handling several foreign direct investment cases, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, domestic real estate acquisitions, corporate debt restructuring, and business compliance projects, providing clients with legal services such as drafting memorandums, investment cooperation agreements, company articles of association, conducting due diligence, and issuing legal opinions. Foreign-related Labor Dispute Resolution and Legal Services
- Negotiated and handled housing provident fund back-payment issues for a foreign-invested enterprise and its employees, assisting the company in filing an administrative appeal and administrative reconsideration regarding housing provident fund fines.
- Negotiated, drafted, and amended the termination agreement between a foreign client and their company, facilitating a mutual termination of the employment contract through negotiation.
