Associate Attorney
Requirements:
- Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
- Must be licensed to practice law in at least one state of the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in deportation proceedings, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) interviews, and criminal, civil, and family court litigation in New York.
- Present evidence, question witnesses, and summarize case facts.
- Prepare motions, briefs, and petitions.
- Research and analyze relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate with clients, providing advice on legal rights and obligations, and supervise the work of legal assistants.

Legal Assistant
Requirements:
- Must have a responsible, reliable, and trustworthy work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written.
- Strong listening skills, able to ask insightful questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude, able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends preferred.

Senior Legal Counsel
Requirements:
- Must have a Law degree (JD, LLM) with at least 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Experience in handling complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Ability to provide strategic legal advice to senior management on various business and legal issues.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including partnership, supply, and service agreements.
- Assist in managing legal risks associated with corporate transactions and business operations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in business activities.
